[RP] Chapter 2: Red Alert Status Initiated

This immediately starts after Chapter 2, when the battle between Arc and Ryu finish.
Before starting this, read the final message in Chapter 1.

O man... sir I so had u... gets up from sim...

*sees that he's still in the sim... taps on it... Sir? SIR??

Arc steps out of the simulator. "Only in your dreams. If that was real you would be nothing but a crater in the ground. Next time you are losing like that retreat i dont have time to find a new member for my platoon."

I'm not that type sir... every day that the sun rises and I'm alive to see it... I go about my day that this is the last time I'll bask in the sun... and besides sir, I am from a family that partially hails from ancient samurais... and we go in... all or nothing..."

Kariou walks into the simulation room. "Arc, nice job, Im guessing this is why they pay you much more than a normal platoon leader, and you Ryu, if you see you are dying, you MUST retreat, we are all serious when we say that in a core your locked in until you die." He sighed as he commed Amy in the Ops office. "Amy, make sure to update Arc's account with the proper funds, and throw in a little bonus for Ryu for a good fight aswell."

Amy Comms back, "Yes sir." The com beeps signaling the end of the transmission.

Kariou smiled at Arc, "Now, you didnt leave any scars I hope." He looked over to Ryu, taking a good look from where he is standing looking for any visable scars. "Hmm..."

"No sir... No damages... just a bit shookup and jittery cuz I was sooo close to getting him..."

"I shouldnt have i didnt aim for any vital points so he should be fine" Arc began to smile. "I save those type of shots for you and the enemy only."

"Arc, Im going to warn you that speaking to a commanding officer like that will get you suspended, but seeing as how I still need to get my revenge, I will allow that comment to slide." Ryu's standard issue watch beeped signaling that 5000 credits were sent to his account and that his current balance is now 10,000 credits. The same happened for Arc's watch, only with a custom tone signaling that he has recieved 10,000 credits, and telling him his balance is now 15,000 credits. "Ah, looks like Amy is doing her job" Kariou says lightly. "I wonder, how long will it take you two to realize that the cafeteria is going to close unless you make it over there now."

heh heh heh... guess a bit more training I could use huh sir... To the cafe???

"What, no way i havent eaten all day." Arc said sounding as if amazed. "Well gotta go." His stomach begins to rumble. He then started making his way to the cafeteria.

Taking all the short cuts that he could possibly think of while moving at a rather brisk pace Arc finally makes it to the cafe. "Time to get some food." He thought to himself. Rushing into the lunch line not caring who he knocks out of his way. Arc grabs his lunch and makes his way back to a table and sits down. Immediately he began to devour his food. Which consisted of egg rolls, tacos, sushi, and a steak.

Ryu found his way into a somewhat empty mess hall. Ryu got in the line for his food. After gropping his back pockets only to find his wallet which contain an American USDA $20 bill. Ryu filled his tray to slay the hunger he recieved from today. He got a slice of Pepporoni pizza, a thing of four hot wings, and 20 oz. Grape Soda. Ryu, without permission, took upon himself to sit with his CO (commanding officer). "Man that was sucha close battle today huh? Even for a kid, wouldn't you say???"

"Psh in your dreams kid." Arc said. "Also if you ever give me that crap about not being the type again i will rip you a new one."

Ryu's eyes change... to almost an angry look yet sad feeling for his CO. "Look here, sir. My family, for hundreds of years, were in some form of military. Samurai, Shinobi, Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force, etc. Those men and women in MY family gave their all, and if that meant sacrifice... to die for it... then that was the mind they had. I'm not talking about being suicidal but even if that was the last thing I could possibly do, and it would be worth something, I'd do it. If it meant the country I have to protect can be protected even for a short amount of time, I'm out of ammo, and the only thing I can do is self-destruct to kill the enemy, then so be it. Good day, sir!" Ryu picks up takes his food to another table, slams his tray down and eats... feeling disgusted about what Arc said.

Arc stands up with a look of pure dementia on his face. His eyes became cold and lifeless as if there was no soul behind them. Arc jumps over his table and rushes towards Ryu covering the distance jump and all in less then a second. Grabs Ryu and rips him out of his seat and slams him into the wall and began pounding on his ribs. One of his punches missed and broke part of the wall. He then throws Ryu into the table. "I dont care about your past all that matters is the present, and we need all the men we can get and if you intend on sacrificing your self for some stupid reason when i will be there to back you up so you can retreat and live to return to battle. Not just that but leave your commanding officer there to try and find your remains. I would never do something like that to you. So why would you do that to me."

Angered... ribs sore... Ryu looks up at Arc after being thrown onto the table... "You know what? I didn't think," Arc attempts to bum rush Ryu, which Ryu leap frogs over Arc and drop kicks him in the back "... you cared sooo much!" Ryu gets up and looks around. "SIKE, WTF ARE YOU????" Ryu looks back. "C'mon... you treat me I'm your SON. I AM NOT YOUR CHILD! DON'T HIT," Ryu flips Arc over and slaps Arc according to time he said his words."ME, LIKE, DAT, AGAIN!"

Kariou walks into the cafe following behind Ryu, by about a few minutes. "Hmm..." He took his time to choose what he wanted, although the kitchen was closed they had to keep it open for him. "I think the mac and cheese is good. How about the Chicken parm too? Sweet... and the uhh... spagetti. Perfect." He took his tray and sat in the corner where he could keep an eye on the two soliders, Arc and Ryu. "Well, whats going on here?" He saw the brawl and figured not to get inbetween... but he readied his tranc gun just in case. "This should be enough just incase the brawl gets by here."

Arc rather shocked that he was just slapped in the face. Began to laugh as he lost all control of his body. It was like he was sitting on the sidelines watching himself grab Ryu by the head and slam his knee into his face repeatedly. Then he saw himself grab Ryu and jump into the air and trow him down into a table at the top of his jump and come down with a knee. The force of the impact broke the table into a bunch of pieces. Arc then got up and began walking away as if nothing happened.

Ryu bleeding in the gums and lip is split in the center, eye swollen, looked up at his advasary... "Uh-uh... I'm not done with you yet. GET The F*** OVER HERE!" Ryu fired a spit of blood that hit Arc on the back of the neck. Ryu stood up to his attacker and wasn't going down without a fight.

Arc wiped the blood of the back of his neck. "If you say so." Arc then moved so quick it was as if he teleported behind Ryu. He then jumped up in the air and kicked Ryu in the side of the head, and before Ryu hit the ground Arc kicked him in his ribs sending him flying back up into the air and crashing in to the wall.

Ryu, as his last attempt to turn the tables on Arc, bum rushed and tackled Arc to the ground. Ryu throttled Arc, until his face turned blue.

Arc starting to pass out from being chocked. Forces one of Ryu's hands from around his neck and knocked the other one away with a elbow to the bend of his arm. Then head butted Ryu in the face and slid out from underneath him. Arc now rather enjoying the fight grabs Ryu and throws him in the corner which just happened to be the corner Kariou was sitting at, and once again began pummeling Ryu's ribs."I haven't had this much fun in a while."

Seconds after the pummeling, Ryu nearly goes to the ground but leans against the was looking at his not-so-formidable foe. Ryu's nose bleeding and holding his ribs somehow manages to blurt out, "I a- a- agree... s- since I was in high school..." and with effort manages to crack a smile.

Kariou sighed, as he had to end such an interesting fight. "good night you two." he shot them both with enough tranc to pass out for 10 minutes.
